How do you photograph weddings?
Every couple is different, so I can be as hands-on or hands-off according to your wants and needs. Generally, my photo style is both directional and documentary, and I love being by your side to help you leading up to your wedding day + the day of. I'll send you a questionnaire to get to know more about you and your love and your special day as well as a guide to help organize your day/timeline to include enough time for once-in-a-lifetime moments to flow naturally and for all the must-have photos to happen.
Leading up to your wedding or even before booking, we can meet up for coffee or hop on a FaceTime/Zoom call with you if you're not local to talk about the deets and see if we're a good fit!
On your wedding day, I may be a fly on the wall at times when I'm not by your side because all I want to document is the feelings, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
What cities are included in the South Bay Area?
The South Bay Area or Santa Clara Valley includes the cities of:
→ Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga and Sunnyvale.
How and when do we book?
→ To book and secure your date, I require a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer.
→ Clients may book their wedding dates up to 1-2 years out!
How and when should we pay you?
→ Venmo, major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH/bank transfers through your client portal.
→ A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to book + secure your date.
→ The rest is due 1 month before the wedding date.
→ Payment plans can be set up on request leading up to the wedding day.
When and how do we receive our photos?
→ WHEN: Sneak peeks within 1 week after the wedding & 8-10 weeks for your final gallery.
→ HOW: I'll send a gallery with the finished, high-res photos via email for you to download and share.
Don’t forget to back up your images ASAP!
How are you handling cancellations and rescheduling with COVID?
If you need to cancel, retainers are non-refundable. But I am not charging any rescheduling fees as long as I am available for the new, rescheduled date!
How far do you travel?
→ I travel anywhere in the Bay Area / NorCal and beyond!
→ Airfare, Airbnb / hotel, and / or transportation are to be covered for me and possibly a second shooter for weddings beyond 3 hours away from San Jose, CA.
Otherwise, if your wedding requires me to fly, it would be considered a Destination Wedding / Elopement which travel and lodging fees would be included in the packages!
How much do you charge for travel?
→ Travel fee of $1.00/mile one way apply to locations beyond the listed mileage in each package from 95132 (excluding Destination weddings).
Do I have to order prints through you?
→ Not at all! You'll have printing rights meaning you can order your prints anywhere as long as they're used for personal reasons!
→ The online gallery that I deliver does have a print store where you can directly choose and order prints with ProDPI, a professional photo lab that makes high quality prints.
Can you send us the "raw" pictures?
→ Nope!
1. I literally shoot in a “RAW” format on my camera to retain better details especially when editing.
2. You’re hiring me for the photos you see here which are my fully edited, finished work with nice and crisp colors and quality.
→ Giving the “raw”, unedited photos is like a chef giving you an unseasoned, bland dish. So please trust me & the process!

Local weekday weddings in the South Bay Area receive 10% off.
